>>39107882because any stars that are red shifted enough to be visibly red are far enough away that they aren't visible by the naked eye. all the stars you can see with the naked eye are inside our galaxy. any red shift will be from local movements, and will be minor enough that you won't be able to tell with the eyes alone.
