No. Only 8% of humans that have ever existed live today. If every human soul was *forced* to reincarnate then where is everyone? My guess is that many souls want to incarnate on Earth so there's no need to force anyone.
When you die, instead of going towards the light, turn around and leave, that shrimple.You need significant spiritual power to achieve it, so get mediating.

Some even divide their attention between spaces. From what I gathered from dream visions, they had that free choice. But there were also situations where this could be forced on you, usually when you either subject yourself to another being or when people try to run your path for. It reflects your inner person; do you feel dependent on others? Are you sovereign over your growth? Do you have a clear vision of yourself and five lifetimes ahead? Or are you dependent and relying on other beings or ideas?
