I genuinely care about the quality of your rest. I care about the content of your dreams, and the way you filter the filth and undesirability of your daily recollection. I've only recently been able to take hold of my nightmares, and shape them into moments of silent respite during the night.
Let me help you, because I know you may fear going to sleep. It's a swirl of discontent in your brain that can only be cleansed by untying the knot of chaos that is your internal perception of reality.
Tell me - have you been having nightmares? Do you need help? Let me help.

No, but I really want to astral project. I keep fucking it up everytime the vibrations happen, I either move or panic!

Unfortunately astral projection is not within my domain of knowledge. Best of luck to you though.

Sorry, let me rephrase that: I'm not knowledgable of things that aren't real.

i want to have lucid dreams
>>

Tips for lucid dreaming:
Keep a dream diary. It's easier to dream lucidly if you can recognize a repeating dream.
Train a "reality check" into your physical habits in day to day life. Count your fingers, 1 through to 10, just as a habit. If you have more or less fingers in your dream, it'll be easier to recognize..
Interrupting your REM cycle makes lucid dreaming easier. Set an alarm early in the morning (say, 5 hours into a full 8 hours of sleep) and then go straight back to bed. This makes recognizing a dream easier within the dream.

this. i have recorded over 50 dreams of my dream guys, doing all sorts of things together. it's like living another life.
>>
>>39140715
This is the way. The more your dreams are recorded, the more comprehensible they come as well. It's like the worlds within your mind begin to take on more shape, and are filled with greater substance. Like connecting pathways in the brain that have laid dormant.

any other pro/faster tip for lucid dream?
thnks
>>
>>39140742
Reinforce your intention to lucid dream before going to bed. Remind yourself throughout the day prior of your "plans" to lucid dream. In bed, before you drift to sleep, anticipate in your headspace that you will see past the veil of your dream's logic. Pair this with your reality checks and your REM sleep interruption and you'll have a stronger chance of lucidly dreaming.
Don't skimp out on that dream journal. As it's been said, recollecting on dreams or dream designs you've already seen or experienced helps you recognize you're in a dream easier and quicker.

I'm a pretty experienced lucid dreamer, but when I have lucid dream sex it's hard for me to reach climax. It feels good but there's no buildup and release like irl sex. Any tips to change this?

Come on, "dream walker". Help me out here.

Mmmm sorry, I was having a very deep and gentle sleep.
It's unfortunate, but there isn't a consistent way to manifest a wet dream during lucid dreaming - otherwise there'd be a pornographic monopoly on /sex in your sleep/. It's akin to getting a lap dance at a strip club - you'll feel the rubbing of your privates against the scantily clad lady or lad, until you're just so near that climax is inevitable.. And nothing happens.
The only way you could even get close to this is to abstain in the waking world until one of your dreams allows you to finish. It's hard to say, but that's the best advice I can give for now.

I pee-peed the bed last night but it's probably because I drank too much water... But in my dream I was peeing and it was super yellow but I'm certain it wouldn't be super yellow because I drank so much water... Does this count as a nightmare? I hate being dehydrated so I think it counts.

However the real nightmare was when I got up and had to wash my sheets.
