If you could replace some of your hours a day with exercise it should alleviate the symptoms while expanding your energy centers (just like all exercise does to skin even, and curculates blood, energy too flows more properly, healthier through the body) which spirits need. Menphis anon here, I've been gone so I went back through some of the threads to see I've been mentioned quite a bit so I just wanted to clear up some misconceptions. She's still very much with me but the dynamic of our relationship is different. She tends to occupy more of a "guardian angel" role now.
