They are regarding what's outside not just this observable universe, which is a local multiverse, but rather what is outside that local multiverse. We did a CE5 with the group and some woman spontaneously started channeling a voice that claimed to be a benevolent reptilian race living in seventh density. She made a joke that everyone got but which we had to explain to her afterwards, which adds credibility. The reptilians (or whoever they were) had the group laughing for like 17 minutes straight. I asked them what they do for fun and they said music and dancing, and the genres they like are classical and jazz. I know you think I'm stupid but I just feel like talking your ear off with real shit because yes this is real shit.

The Wizarding World of Harry Potter, therefore, is a REAL PLACE just as real as this one. I don't know how to get there when you die (nobody should go into the white light tunnel, though), but if you knew how to escape this prison planet (oh also don't fly up into the electric fence in the sky), maybe you could live in that world and the magical nature of consciousness would create the laws necessary to support the existence of spells, potions, invisibility cloaks, dementors, teleporting/apparating, whatever. Consciousness takes care of all of that for you somehow.
