>>39248857Not like that, no. "Super soldiers" are just soldiers who are extremely fit, highly intelligent and self-motivated, and really good at the fundamentals of their craft. In some tier 1 SOF units people use steroids to aid in recovery from physically demanding missions but that's about it. Intelligence agencies also don't really have a use for super soldiers in the first place since their job is to collect information rather than to kill people and destroy shit.
