I did dmt once and had literally the worst panic attack. Never again. It really fucked me up for a while. Wish i could have had the experience everyone else seems to have on it lol.

I've had unbelievably profound experiences with DMT, but all via ayahuasca. Smoking DMT is trivial in almost every way in comparison. For example, I once smoked DMT and saw fucking Wario of all things, jumping on various colored Lego bricks that were falling in a Tetris-styled sequence, all while doing that goofy cackle.
Not every psychedelic experience is profound, sometimes it's more like a quick trip to some absurd funhouse that just makes you laugh your ass off.
Also, ayahuasca as an experience is completely indistinguishable from super high doses of psilocybin (like 10+ dried grams). DMT is incredible but it is no more or less special than any other well known psychedelic or dissociative.
