The missiles goes for the flair and the balloon stays intact. the original also has audio. it's on youtube somewhere. the hoaxer just made it look black and grey and removed the sound. You can see most of the projectile disintegrate on the first target but it looks like a harder tip portion continues onto the second. The cloud you see around the second is hot debris breaking apart, not a "second explosion" IMO.
