>>39253304Not on your own you can’t, you need to ask for God’s help and God’s forgiveness, you need to genuinely want to stop and put in effort yourself while also acknowledging that you can’t do it on your own and asking for him to help you. You also need to take steps to separate yourself from the source of the sin, if that’s porn (just as an example since it’s very common these days) then delete what you have saved and delete any accounts you have and stop going to places where you know it’ll be. You don’t have to do it all at once but the sooner you start putting in effort and the sooner you start asking God to help you the better, trust me I know from personal experience that with God’s help you can stop.
