And my understanding between both philosophy are merely my own interpretation .My answer is to live in harmony with nature. Accept the fate that sky has determined that is your own identity. Flow with the flow of the world. Do not use Taoism as excuse to gain famous like Bruce Lee. Nature have no intention. Therefore reduce your ego to a small extent like it is natural. Don't try to be something you weren't born to be.If your mind always think about happiness of mundane. Then follow it. No need to meditate or try to stop it.
