Everytime I’m alone at night I “feel” a presence, I can’t explain how, but I know there’s something there in my room with me and I’m become so scared that I can’t sleep. During the day I feel unease but it’s never like the overwhelming fear I feel at night, and it also only happens when I’m alone.If I do have a connection to spiritual stuff then I’d like advice on how to “turn it off” because living like this is fucking horrible, I don’t wanna live in fear of the supernatural everytime I’m alone in my own house.
