i keep having dreams lately about people watching me piss lately, its just that, i take a piss in some sort of public bathroom either in a urinal or a toilet and then a line quickly comes behind me all watching me piss and the moment i do they all cheer me on. last time i had this dream about people pissing i went to sleep, when i closed my eyes in that dream i saw a newspaper clipping or something of "HIGHSCHOOL SWEETHEART FOUND DEAD". i dont wake up pissing myself or anything i just wake up feeling extremely distraught, dont take any medication either, how do i change my dreams so they stop being like this?

I've had pissing dreams all my life, the one constant is that I cannot stop pissing. Like I'll start pissing and then I'll keep pissing for 20 minutes straight never feeling any more relieved than when I started, and often times its while I'm running late for something, but I can't stop. I had one a day ago where the toilets and urinals I was using were too high up, so id have to arc my piss into the air, getting piss everywhere. Or, I would try to stand up precariously on a small stool or pipe and hold myself up. Other times I wouldn't have a working toilet nearby, so I'd have to piss into an empty vessel of some kind, only for it to quickly fill up and overflow. I never wake up in a puddle either, but in this last dream before I woke up, I felt myself pass a small kidney stone after pissing for a solid 15 minutes. I've never had one in real life but it was an unmistakable painful sensation. I wonder if I have one coming
