Shadow People seem to be such a common occurrence, however they generally seem harmless(perhaps with the exception of the hat man but he may just be an urban legend). It seems especially common for children to see them but not unheard of for adults to see them. I saw them as a child two or three times. I remember them pretty well they I believe they were wearing a sort of suit of some kind. and their exposed skin was in-explicitly black, kinda like that trendy "blackest black paint" it absorbed light. and I dont rember being afraid. so what are they and why do they only appear to children?
