I have been seeing a symbol in my visions for months now and having panic attacks over it, the most intense one was just endless flame in the night sky in this shape, I have poured over all kinds of reading material searching for meaning behind this symbol and can’t find one. It is associated with something dark in all my visions. Does this speak to anyone? Have you seen it before? Rough sketch just in notes on the iPhone.

This is usually because your brow and crown center are targeted. Usually your root is also hooked. This all has the intent to limit your navigation in the immaterial and lower your awareness and ability to sense your surroundings. Try to play with your imagination whenever that shit pops up. Whenever you feel resistance or you cant change the shape of what your minds eye is conjuring you know something insincere is running your show. It can be very intimidating and frightful for your unconscious to realize the spirit has been invaded and you will need to bring to bear all your might to shatter and circumvent the hold on you. In your meditations sense where you feel blockages, cords or other foreign matter. Stab it, cut it, burn it. Come morn, come night. Dont start your day without having attacked it. Dont fall asleep with it in your subconscious. It's imprinting on a subconscious level. After the panic try to meditatively sense a spot above and behind your head. Treat it like peering through a microscope and having to find a needle.If you feel more breath or get sudden easier visualization, use that imagination and focus to dissolve that symbol and instead bring your focus on a trusted spirit guide or a deity that you feel personal resonance with, barring that just focus on a blueish light space. What youre dealing with is akin to parts of you being in a lucid dream and being slumbered into inaction, with some dipshit cording to your minds eye. Dont make your delusions of trying to be reasonable with such beings. Cut their appendages in your thoughts just like you would do in a lucid dream. Feel disheartened and like youre weak? Double down and push through it.

>>39268135Slightly different though, as if you inverted the rune the base would be straight and the arms slanting. Yours the base would be slanted and the arms straight. This stirs feelings in me for sure. Just based off impressions the symbol is uniform, aesthetically pleasing, and easily identifiable. If you told me this was some banner of a king from long ago I’d believe it whole heartedly.
