How many hours and days for you to get crazy concentration? I have improved but I still have a lot of troubles being I'm the moment let alone long enough to reach a deeper state like theta
>>39595879I can't hear you. I'm concentrating.
Why do you want to concentrate? This will unfold naturally with meditation, like how a flow state is achieved naturally when you spend enough time on anything.Having the siddhi of concentration does not purify your mind of wrath, greed, hate, etc.
>>39595919because godlike concentration is based
>>39596063Doesnt video games teach concentration?I'm just kind of a doubter in the "raja yoga" path that the siddhi of concentration by itself is some sort of final goal. Concentration can be developed by pretty much any form of meditation, without even making concentration as the goal of the practice.

>>39595879Theta is simply entraining your mental frequency to that of your heart and feeling with your mind rather than thinking with it.
>>39595879Months it took me, At my peak I was meditating between 1 - 2 hours. But its also how you grasp it, like some anon said your not supposed to go into it with some weird focus on something while meditating, go into it completely blank and "observe" what comes up...It is a muscle you have to train, a dicipline no matter which "type" of meditation you go through. At a certain point your body will adapt to the different trance and different brain waves you go through. At the same time visualization is very important mind = all = mind that is a big realization youll need to produce further results. Once you get the visualization down (think artist) everything will follow...Also a big pro tip I can give yall is meditate before going to sleep, youll either meditate and go to sleep or youll meditate and slowly shift into a lucid dream. Both these result in lucid dreams one just faster than the other. Good luck.
