RS is real, but it's extremely serious business. No matter what shittok zoomers say; I think there's no going back to the reality from whence you come from.My "current self" IS me, I will travel- so, no clones remain here, nor can I just pick any avatar. Here-and-now me, is whom travels. What level of psychological prep, and life situation, is appropriate for such a decision? Leaving literally everything behind: your family, your personal history in the timeline, your plans for the future ,you had been building .
>>39625114How are you planning to do it?
>>39625114Hey man i’ll see you tonight! Yuppp!!!
>>39625236I have been doing gateway process, lucid dreaming, SR.The way to do it is to stay awake for 24-48 hours without drugs, then sit down with a straight back, firm neck looking straight ahead, put very loud pink noise ,and drive full-in, with a very clear desired goal, into the hallucinations.>source: 2 years of intense research
>>39625275So are you able to escape your "current self"?
>>39625114https://youtube.com/shorts/5fCIomm5VkQ
>>39625302I don't understand your question, AND, I think you didn't understand my post.>>39625320based
>>39625350Which part i didn't understand? I'm saying is it possible to escape your current self or acquire a new avatar using these methods you think?
>>39625398Your grammar is abhorrent. Is it NOT possible to acquire a new avatar. it IS possible to escape this *reality*
>>39625418Why is that?
>>39625446because it just is like that>why is water wetbecause that's how it is
>>39625457Based on?
>>39625487WTF is wrong with you?I do semen retention, you have the nerve to inquire so much, and having such a shittry grammar?
>>39625114I hate the term reality shifting.I hate the term reality shifting. I hate the term reality shifting. That said, yes, it's possible to change what world you're living in. Though the majority of anons are gonna fail at this. >What level of psychological prep, and life situation, is appropriate for such a decision? Leaving literally everything behind: your family, your personal history in the timeline, your plans for the future ,you had been building .1. You need to completely let go of the desire to leave the world for a different one. I'm not just saying this because of...whatever. But for this to be effective, you need to completely detach from the desire for the result. 2.How different is the world you want to live in?
>>39625497Yeah why not, so what are basis of your claims again? Your semen retention?
>>39625498Not very different , my personal circumstances only change, in a very radical way tho>>39625514creepy little shit. "basis of your claims"?You think celibacy ISN'T enough to grant me Wisdom, eh? little tweaker?
>>39625275>I have been doing gateway process, lucid dreaming, SR.The way to do it is to stay awake for 24-48 hours without drugs, then sit down with a straight back, firm neck looking straight ahead, put very loud pink noise ,and drive full-in, with a very clear desired goal, into the hallucinations. What? That's alot of extra work, theoretically it could work yeah. But it can also just fry your brain and have you living in a hallucinatory state forever instead of leaving this place. Alot of the leaving process DOES have to do with changing the mind state you're in to one around that area- between dreaming/dying/meditating. Staying up that long is a way to put you into a somewhat dissociative and dreamy state in order to 'hack' into that area. The pink noise would probably help force your tired brain into a sleep-like state, the clear goal would make you lucid enough to turn it into that sweet spot and grease you up to go.That said, your danger here is you have a higher chance for failing and a higher chance for going crazy.
>>39625541Do you have any superior method, revered sir?
>>39625522How am i creepy? I'm just interested in the same topic as you, i was typing with one hand so sorry for the bad grammer, and no i don't think you not touching your peepee is enough for me to believe you.
>>39625541The fact that this is your plan tells me you're probably a little crazy already. Which is fine, but you should be aware of that. >>39625522I'm guessing you're doing this to change a poor situation you're in probably. So if you're absolutely set on leaving here, you need to pull away from the Reality Shifting crowd. That is a poisoned well. I would direct you instead to look into the Dimensional Jumping archives. Here's the things you absolutely need to get out from here; 1. The right mindstate (again, this area is operating somewhere between dream/death/meditate). 2. Clear goal Gateway talks alot about how to fuck around with your brain. This is a perfectly acceptable process. If I were you, I'd keep the basics of your plan without the sleep deprivation. That'll put you into a sleepy/dreamy state yeah- but it's alot harder to control. Something the RS larpers don't tell you is that there tends to be a 'randomization' process when you're flinging your head out into different realities even just "astral projecting". The same applies for when you're changing the world you live in a bit. This is why a clear goal is extremely neccesary. But it's also part of why the right mindstate is crucial. The correct state allows you to move out, yes, but if it's not clear enough it can subject you to fucking off somewhere you'd rather not be.
>>39625591ok. thanks. I understand the risk.also just FTR, my situation is great. I just want an even greater one! Why deprive myself of my own dreams, goals, and child-like wonders I can tap into?I will read triumphantgeorge (DJ) carefully. Would 2 glasses method work? do I have to be extremely specific on my goal? or clear, but not too detailed?
>>39625549I think the core of your method is fine, but I would highly advise you not to use extreme sleep deprivation. If you know how to get into focus 10 or 3D BLACK that's enough. My reccomendation; Start off with a dimensional jump method (like two cups) right before you sit. This is just to help "steer" you better. (Can be skipped though).Sit down with back straight, look ahead without focusing on anything (relax eyes).Keeping your eyes open is good-once you get to the right focus state the tapes talk about, you'll start getting visual phenomenon. The visual phenomenon is a sign of where you want to do. Initially this'll probably be stuff like the floor wobbling, furniture moving around, etc. Can be more ornate and strange (seeing creatures, etc). Ignore all of that. You want to get to a state wherre you start seeing lights. This is the area you want. Once you start seeing lights, don't get attached to them. Just look forward and start "moving" into your goal. Like how you described going into the hallucinations, a bit similar-you're moving into the place you want "through" the lights. Do this VERY DELICATELY if you don't have strong mastery over focus 10, the mind can be unstable and wind up 'dropping' out of what you're doing by clinging back here. You can also wait until you get to a point where you have a lucid "black out" where a colour (often tends to be purple, blue or black) takes over your entire visual field. This would be ideal, but not inherently neccesary. When you start moving towards where you're going to in focus ten, feel that you're "already there". Don't visualize it, FEEL it. Feel what it's like to already be there as you move towards and into it. That should be strong enough to move you out where you wanna go.
>>39625677thanks!based, anon >what will happen to my past-life-history tho? Will I drop out of the blue, with a house\belongings\ID etc, but unknown to anyone, and everyone, around me? or will I \have I, "always have been there", from the other's POV?

Tried it for months never had any big success, I think it's a waste of time. Will make you schizo 10/10
