No one knows what happens after death. No human has ever known, and no human will ever know. This is a FACT. No amount of theories and speculation changes that. Everyone's claims about the afterlife and who you should believe in are IMPOSSIBLE to actually prove.
>You don't know either
Never said I did, I'm saying that NO ONE knows, including me.
>>
>>39631306
Or multiple things could happen. Some might go to a heaven others could get reincarnated while others simply cease to exist.
>>
>>39631306
I know a whole lot of nothing. King nothing, even.
>>
>>39631306
I have died, I have returned. I know what's good, you know what's good to, you just haven't noticed yet.
>>
>>39631320
what if what happens to you after death depends on how you die

like the more painful your death is the better off you will be in the next life

In Islam you get pussy in heaven do you get pussy ?

I’m Christian and had a very good dream before. Without going into the details I’ll just say I’m pretty sure we do.
>>
>>39631472
No ew
>>
>>39631484
Based answer, I also had a dream and I agree. See you there bro we can compare baddies
>>

I know that if there was nothing afterwards, a forever of nothing, then it wouldn't matter how much I lived, it could be 100 months, or it could be 100 weeks, it wouldn't make a difference against forever, and would be an amount of time that already elapsed, like the last 100 seconds.
So the fact I exist now instead of on the forever time afterwards, which has a 0 chance, means I always exist.
>>
Not so. There are accounts of revelation from God and angelic sources. For instance the revelations given to prophet Enoch and the apostles. Perhaps other prophets as well.
>>
>>39631490
I hope this is true, but we we read in the Bible that people won't be given in Marriage in the Resurrection.

But yeah, I'm open minded.
>>
>>39631306
You don't know what happens after death. That is a fact. YOU don't know.
>>
>>39632716
>I'm open minded.
Well me, Im close-minded. No one ever really knows just how close my mind is to them, until it's too late.
>>

Can confirm op is not a fag. Co-opted Christcucks cope because their retarded religion makes no sense without a certain "heaven." What Christ taught was to bring heaven on earth. Do Jews believe in an afterlife? Did Jesus? I can tell people on the same grounds they can tell me about their afterlife that Jesus didn't believe in "life after death." He didn't believe in death in the first place. Death is a total and absolute myth born from the misapprehension that people are (only) their bodies and not the indwelling spirit. The body decays, but the spirit doesn't. How can there be an "afterlife" if there's no "beforelife"? It's all just "life," even if you think it's happening on different levels/planes etc.
>>
>>39631428
Time is perception. At the moment of death perhaps our mind itself is what creates an "afterlife". Just try not to die in an immediate fashion.
>>
I'm still going to ask dream entities about the afterlife when I lucid dream. You can't stop me OP.
>>
>>39631306
My watcher will take me to heaven.
>>
>>39632748
Is this another, unsolicited, gratuitous anti-christ post? Let's all gather round and take it seriously.
>>
>>39632748
>Jesus didn't believe in "life after death."
You don't know about being "born again"? It's literally referring to the NDE experienec, talking with God, getting a mission statement refresher and coming back to life to share it. Being Born Again is literally an NDE

>No one knows what happens after death.

facts, bible says so

1 Corinthians 13:12
>"For now we see only a reflection as in a mirror; then we shall see face to face. Now I know in part; then I shall know fully, even as I am fully known."

Ecclesiastes 8:17
>"Then I saw all that God has done. No one can comprehend what goes on under the sun. Despite all their efforts to search it out, no one can discover its meaning. Even if the wise claim they know, they cannot really comprehend it."

Ecclesiastes 12:7
>"And the dust returns to the ground it came from, and the spirit returns to God who gave it."

Psalm 139:6
>"Such knowledge is too wonderful for me, too lofty for me to attain."
>>
>>39632911
>doesn't say so at all
what are you doing?
>>
>>39631306
Speculation is what gives us peace. In reality we all know it just refused to cope with it since the truth is too much to bare, it's with most things like that.
>>
>>39631306
How do you know that?
>>
>>39631306
Someone may know, but you can never know that.
>>
>>39631306
everybody knows but you overwrite your own knowing with the lies that are told to you by society. if you tell a kid they came out of their mom's tummy they know they didn't. if you tell a kid they can stop existing they know that's a lie too.
>>
>>39631306
OP. I died and floated above my body on the operating table. Death is not the end, we do go somewhere.
>>
>>39633608
Can you prove that? How do you know it wasnt chemicals creating a pleasant illusion?
>>
>>39631306
>YOU KNOW NOTHING
Correct.

I dont know because I'm alive and as to my knowledge, never died nor had other lives.

Be wary of those who make claims you can't validate.
>>
Just don't think about it.
>>
>>39631306
There is one thing I can reasonably well deduce however. I have probably lived before since it's already a fact that my consciousness could emerge into this body. There is no reason it couldn't have already happened before in another body and no reason it won't happen again in the future. I'm convinced permanent death is not a thing that exists and I look forwards to experience more lives even though I won't remember a thing from this one because, yknow, new brain. I wonder how long it will take to get to be something as advanced as a human again.
>>
>>39634588
"Proof" is for fools. The kind of people that ask for "proof" of these types of things will never be satisfied, and never find it, infinitely repeating the stupid mental hang-up loop they've so smugly manufactured for themselves. I think it would be wise for you to stick to Neil DeGrassFed Tyson and Bill Nye The Science Guy, because you're fucking gay/glowing like a radioactive fed nigger.
>>
>>39636363
Look at this unbelievable fucking 3-6-9 get.
>>
>>39631306
Die and tell us what happens then

Oh wait, its the observer that defines the action. So youll find nothing, and others will find something.
>>
>>39631306
You can decide what happens after you die
>>
>>39631306
>No one knows what happens after death.
>No human has ever known, and no human will ever know
Wrong.
>This is a FACT
This is a belief you desperately try to convince others of, possibly in attempt of provoking someone to contest it and prove otherwise. Those who know - know and they have no reason in making you know too.
>>
>>39632840
I've always wondered if the original baptism didn't involve holding people underwater for a bit longer than a minute, if you know what I mean.
>>
>>39631306
I suppose on the one side it's just CRAAAZY that someone would die and then their body would decompose bc that's what life is but, it's way crazier to say okay well you know maybe there is like a magical source of uh light that is like the actual person inside the person and when someone's body dies their real body just goes to like another dimension or floats around. Even with there maybe being supernatural stuff there could still be permanent death like when you die you're dead, even though there are bigfoots n sheet.
>>
>>39636446
You go to another dimension every night when you sleep. Or do you think you're ceasing to exist every time you sleep?
>>
>>39631306
I know I'm late to the thread but a genuine question for OP or whoever agrees with OP is how do you know what you know. How do you know
1) what life and death actually are
2) that knowledge of what happens after death is impossible
3)that no man has that knowledge
4) that if a man DID have that knowledge that it would qualitatively be recognizable to you as "true"
You may consider this pilpul but in my mind these questions aren't answered to a standard I find acceptable, and really they can't be. WHAT could be presented to you in terms that are comprehensible to me that couldn't be eroded by the well intentioned doubt of a rational mind. If the answer is nothing then we seem to have an axiomatic system that isn't particularly special or practically actually that useful for anything at all.
>>
>>39631306
Jesus told us about what will happen and so i believe his version because if a living spirit wanted to tell us the truth it would make sure it’s truth hung around and was known by all, so that none would say they weren’t warned.’
So I believe in heaven and hell.

A lot of other stuff Jesus said turned out to be true as well, so that makes it easier to believe, also.

However if you are predisposed to hate Jesus you probably won’t be able to make
Sense
Of his words

It's the same as when you're alive.
How do I know this?
The same way you can.

Go learn. Study. Gain knowledge.
Apply intellect.

You are a number, before you are a human. (This statement is tenseless.)

If there is nothing after life, you can not know it.

Anything you can know after death, will be exactly like it is when you are alive.

Why?
Your human capability for intellectual analysis only exists because of the structure of your number. The human brain and your neurological systems.

You can't know ANYTHING without that stuff.
Ergo, if you "know" anything post death, you will have to have your standard faculties, or else you have no continuity with that after death being anyway.

Tada.

It's very fucking simple, now stop pretending you're a philosopher already if you couldn't figure out any of that shit on your own. Go study.
>>
>>39631306
Nah but I once took so many shrooms that I felt time slow to an infinite stop and lost all external senses. I reckon it’s something like that
>>
>>39637362
>>
>>39631306
I had a shower thought the other day that if time really goes on infinitely and the universe is infinite, then there's zero chance that you don't eventually come back to life. Even if all the matter that you consisted of was annihilated, somewhere, somehow, your form would be reconstituted. Maybe that's what Samsara is.
>>
>>39637563
the synchronicity scares me
>>
>>39631306
I was there when you were created, yet even I do not know where man goes when he dies.
>>
>>39637563
You get reformed but not because of random chance. Your own will brings you back. The universe is not a robotic computation. There is bias.
