you feel the things that happen yes, but I would say they feel more "ethereal" like you are not all there, not as intense, but it feels good all the same.
I've heard it feels better with more practice, but it is a difficult skill to practice as it is difficult to lucid dream constantly to begin with.
Personally, I think it's important to advance spiritual practices as well. long time ago I had some semi lucid dreams were the girl would just flee from me, back then, I wasn't spiritual, and I was hooked on p*rn, not addicted but still, craving it. through meditation I got rid of the craving, I can go nofap for long, and whenever I have lucid sex, it flows niice and it feels good.
I'm not sure exactly why that is, what change did I made in myself that improved things, I'm just telling you, this is how it worked for me

I had sex in a lucid dream and it felt really amazing. Much better than fapping.
You can be anything you want.
It requires a lot of focus, which means practice, however. Patience, dedication and endurance. In my opinion, it is worth it. I can eat anything I want anytime, not being bound by physicality.
The downside is you will become very alienated, or alien to the normal world if you go too deep with this stuff.
And you have to keep your schizo aura in check or else you might get in trouble.
Takes a lot of discipline and humility to remain calm and sane if you can do anything at anytime.
Another downside is once you go down this road of spiritual development, what will happen is some kind of increasingly difficult wave challenge. Massive bursts of depression, your biggest fears coming out. All has to be resolved and it only gets "harder" the further you are, if you are unable to deal with it. If you can deal with it, the transformative power of these waves can take you very far.
Or you can become a manic, schizophrenic tranny that chugs psychs like candy and eventually commits sudoku.
Just be sober and careful, stick to your healthy routines and take it slowly.
