I ask who do you think will born first, slaanesh in america or nurgle in india

She Who Thirsts has already grown fat on the souls of trannys from round the world. Grandpappy Nurgle is chilling with his cauldron full of Ganges water. Khorne has made America his seat, naturally, and Tzeentch has made those who practice the occult his bitches.

Does 40k have any good gods? Or is it only these nasty monster guys

Of all the chaos gods, I think Khrone has the highest chance of coming into being due to humanity. We have committed many wars of massive scale stretching back to even before history has been recorded, and while warfare has generally toned down, we are still inventing new and better ways to kill each other. I'm not sure collective humanity as a whole could reasonably manifest the other gods, and I still think the manifestation of Khrone is still rather unlikely. We have made great strides in hygine and health, and disease is far less of an issue now than before. COVID happened, but that was made possible because of our globalized world, not because this world is particularly dirty. A century or so ago, COVID would have likely died out quickly before coming outside China. We're also arguably pretty productive today, so I don't think sloth is a problem either. While the world is becoming more secular, I also don't think Slaaneesh or her forces really have that much control either. We're more sexless relative to our ancestors (at least in more developed countries like the US and Japan). We have stuff like popular media and junk food, but these are more like distractions instead of the goal. I personally feel like we're too busy as a whole to be truly hedonistic. Additionally, the ideal of perfection doesn't seem that big outside of utopian ideas of society, like a "true" communist state, and even so, the following the fall of the Soviet Union, it doesn't seem so powerful now. If anything, the hope of such a society seems lesser now.
When it coms to Tzeench, I think he's second best to Khrone or even on par with him in terms of manifesting. Global civilization has changed massively and we are more knowledgable than ever before. As the world drew back from more obvious forms of conflict, we have engage more in small scale war between proxies and intrigue behind the scenes. cont.

Occultism is still poorly understood and we have yet to master it to any realy degree, but it's more exposed than ever before and available to exponentially more people. It's now a semi common thing, even if it's generally it's more shallow and restrained versions. Like the Tarot cards is wide known and one of ten people probably know how to wield it. Ronald Reagan believed into astrology so much he probably based his policies on it. People don't fear magic and the unknown as much as they did before, partly because of how secular society is becoming, but people still want a sense of spiritual fulfillment, hence why occultist thought is becoming more prevalent. Look at those Neo-Pagans like the Wiccans. They're small yes, but the fact they exist to any sizable capacity is noteworthy. I anticipate that we'll see a higher degree of paganist traditions, particularly concerning nature worship in the future, alongside machien worship, in the future. Still, our changing world is relatively very new, so I think Tzeench will have to catch up, but hey, it could change, as is his nature.

Yes, actually. The Eldar actually had a pantheon of reasonably okay gods, but most were consumed by the Dark Prince Slaanesh. A few Eldar gods still exist, such as Isha, Khaine, and Cegorach. The fertility, war, and trickster gods respectively. The God Emperor, while his exact nature and status is dubious, is arguably a kind of deity and does have humanity's best interest at heart. Probably. There is also the Tau goddess T'au'va, but she's pretty new and may not be that much effective on a galactic scale anyway. The Chaos Gods, due to their nature, are jsut so much more powerful because they are psychic mirrors of huge, vital, and basic emotions and concepts. They're existentially truly immortal because they are, in a way, reality. The only real way I can think of somehow defeating them is fixing things on a galactic scale and that's almost certainly not possible.
