>be 16 or so driving around with mom>summertime in the evening we are out in the country driving back from the city>approach a dam to a lake withe decent elevation >bright ass light hovering over treeline on dam>we park directly under it and the light on this thing is so bright i cant even make out the shape of the object >object is only about 100-200 feet or so in the air just hovering>makes a weird wirring/buzzing noise but is also not that noisy at all>can kind of estimate the size of this thing, approximately about the size of maybe 2 or 3 big pickup trucks >suddenly this light on the object like moves from the bottom of the craft to what I presume was the front of it>can make out shape of object a little better now, kind of looked like the snow speeders from star wars very square/trapezoid kinda> notice a few cars parked around us on this dam, some doors wide open but nobody is even around but me and my mom>thing suddenly just starts floating away very steadily, going west about 30-50 mph all the while just being really quiet > from view of the rear of the craft no thrusters or anything >craft disappears behind treeline so we try and loop back around this dam thing but it kind of went over the lake so it got away pretty quickly >still no people around that these other cars could of belonged to, these were all parked directly under the craft before it took off just like my mom and I>whole encounter lasted maybe a minute and a half
thanks for the story anon, i haven't myself personally or noticed, but id love to in my lifetime
It's been awhile since I've heard the story but my Dad would tell me how when he was a kid he'd go to a summer camp in the forest. One night there were these very bright moving lights in the sky so they rushed all the kids into the cabins. The lights then moved close above the roofs of the cabins and stayed there for a minute or so before disappearing into the sky. The next morning they were some men that came to ask everybody questions and that was that. IIRC he said the lights were spinning, changed colors, and made noise. He's always very serious about that experience
Back in the early 2000's my wife and I pulled into a servo and she was filling up the car with petrol. I was looking around and I noticed a perfect silver ball flying across the sky. Like a ball bearing (highly polished) going in a straight line heading towards our major airport at what must be a high altitude as it was going in and out of heavy white Winter clouds without altering direction. I told my wife and she saw it too. Then it went into this one final cloud and it was gone. We waited, but didn't appear out the other side.
why are ayylmayos only interested in americans?
>>39644156Both from when I was younger, though not very interesting. >trying to sleep >hear a low *vwoob vwoob* outside the window>absolutely terrified as a green light slowly hovers along the street I could tell it was at about roof-level. The second was a sleepover at a friend's house. >there's a forest behind friend's house, window is parallel to it, meaning you'd see the forest if you stuck your head out the window and looked to the right>i'm the last awake>an orange light suddenly appears, clearly coming from the direction of the forest and above, likely higher than the treetops >stays a little while and disappears >a few years later at school, people say an orange UFO is often seen around that part of the city I've also received reports of aliens(?) stalking the mean streets of my city at night, and we also host nuclear submarines, the lore stating that nuclear power tends to attract them.
>>39646247I've seen them in New Zealand, Australia and in the central pacific - i think they appear worldwide and your map is bullshit, anon.
>>39644156I saw metallic orbs from an airplane on my way to Disneyland. They were faster than the plane and disappeared into the clouds. Tried to film but it happened too fast.
>>39646247>>39646649The map shows where "UFO"s have been reported -- but "UFO" if the term in English, so it is basically a population map of where English is spoken, weighted a bit towards areas where there have been more active UFO groups collecting reports. If you made a map based on a search for "OVNI," the term used in Spanish, Portuguese and French speaking countries, you'd gat a map that looked different.
>>39644156>Have you or anyone you know encountered a UFO?Am I entitled to financial compensation?
