So in the beginning, god started as a hypostasis binomial conjecture that emanated into many forms to generate the cosmos, the same story played out here on earth via biology and the division of the cell. Since the soul is immortal, beings are given a choice to incarnate again on earth through being "lethed" upon death through bardo, or sorted in the netherworld into boats or heavens which compound into the general nature of reality. The darkness of Tiamat still exists, but is reserved for the worst, "outer darkness", filled with demons and such. This is the equivalent of hell, where lawlessness reigns supreme, and beast and monsters hold strong (think Anzu from Babylon mythology). So the world's nations compose highly syncretize egregores to compound what is known as the "assembly", which give jurisprudence to the living and dead, and hence such charters are allot their portions of heaven in the sky, but in turn are obligated to god(s) that if they are not obliging to the rule of law, then outer darkness becomes a solution for spirits and beings to resolve legal matters. Animals have their own gods, so are not obliged to the same heaven humans are. And some animals are atheist like nematodes and corals and lack souls altogether (vegetative souls)

What does this entail? Well, that even the underworld is not some god forsaken hell hole that evil DMT jesters can reign free, just bastards and pariahs get sorted with them because people are not suppose to trespass with their minds and bodies in the netherworld.
