In my last thread we couldn’t come to a full conclusion on if it were a loop or a shift, if it’s a loop your consciousness will be sent back in time to a specific point that they’re probably at their highest.

If it’s a shift your consciousness will be in a alternate version of you in a reality where they have the advantage over us.

Thats a good question I threw out some ideas.
1. They spin the earths core backwards effectively spinning the earth backwards, essentially pulling off a superman, they’d do this with a strong magnetic device of some kind and in a very trauma inducing way you’d live your life backwards.

2. They have some kind of zero point tech that lets them play with time, they’ve likely done this before creating the Mandela effects, zero point energy could explain timeline shifts too.

It depends on if time rewinds or we shift to an earlier point in time in a different timeline.
Either way things can play out differently, more so with the shift than the rewind.

what I gathered from the loops is that you are your consciousness but the thing controlling your body is not you. it follows your commands to T UNLESS you happen to remember the previous loop and want to change something then it follows the preset commands specific to the world/loop.
