It's difficult to believe that every single culture around the world has some kind of legend about tiny people and their habits, and we all arrived at this independently, and they don't exist.Imagine for a second if Hawaii was never discovered and the island was always covered in dense fog. You might hear some wild sailor stories about these people who live on this island paradise and ride the waves on boards, wear flower necklaces, play tiny guitars, and have this sing-song language with goofy words like "aloha" and "mookookalikimaka." This would sound like absolute horseshit... Until one day someone actually lands on Hawaii and, wow huh, this is all real.

But of course, none of this happens, so these hobgoblins or whatever aren't a physical people or a tribe, they're spirits
