I mean maybe I just watch the news less, but really it seems like EVERYONE is disinterested in things other than their personal lives. Even when I see some polarizing politico slop i usually would at least pay mild attention to, I don't even feel like giving it any mental energy. Maybe we're just all tired from being economically raped for the past five years. I definitely have a feeling like we were in a "suggestible" state and were basically hypnotized for a while and now we're numbed to the efforts and not suggestible anymore. It feels like they're going to try to pull some shit but it just won't work how they'll expect.
