High Strangeness indeed.Anyway I went to the website and took screenshots of the lettering and compared them to the egg lettering from /x/ and there seems to be some very clear matches. I put question marks next to the ones that weren't so obvious, and there are still plently of symbols on the egg not from that direct link.The link has todays date as the date, so no idea if they pre-date the image, or if the image was posted first. Currently looking for origin of the symbols. The image files are titled "egyptian-13t" as an example, but I am not seeing any evidence yet that they are from egypt.
Correction, inspecting the elements on the image source page it was originally posted to that website in 2021, so yes, it does pre-date the image being shared to /x/ but still not sure of origin

This is relatively close to when the Sumerians developed the cuneiform, their written language. So if the egg picture is true, and assuming it was humans who made the engravings, the egg could very well be thousands of years old. Although it looks to be in pretty good condition
