You are, and you need to believe and view yourself as, someone who is lovable, and also deserving and worthy of being loved, even if at the moment you're single and the only person you have in your life is yourself to love you. Start by taking care of yourself. Treating yourself, nourishing yourself, eating good food (and you're definitely allowed the little treats!), exercising, showering, all those things. I know it can be hard, especially if you're suffering from things like fatigue, depression, chronic pain, etc. If you're able, be sure to see a doctor and see if they can help you. Be sure to do blood tests, because being deficient in things like vitamin D and magnesium, among others, for instance, can worsen depression and negative feelings. Even thyroid issues. The biggest message is you need to prioritize yourself and be your biggest advocate. Once you can love yourself, finding your worth will follow. Believe that you deserve it.
