It makes you so physically, mentally and spiritually sick.Smoking weed is a lot better but once you get in the habit of using it, youre grumpy all day until you use it and it's really kinda miserable compared to just being sober and feel good.I think many people don't eat enough healthy food or take vitamins for things they are missing it their diets (like Omega-3 for example for me because I don't eat fish) and being malnourished makes you feel like shit and abuse alcohol and weed, at least that's the way it was for me. Someone also put a thumbtack in a Snickers for Halloween when I was a kid and it fucked up my adult tooth. It got filled but the tooth got abscessed eventually and really hurt all the time. The pain came on slowly so there was no ah ha moment for me to get it fixed.I was also afraid and ashamed of getting a tooth removed.
