Instead of adding links to random new techniques to the OP, maybe it should be restructured entirely to lead newbs to the first five lessons/pastebins first thing? Lots of people asking how to manifest something when everything they need is in the OP. Maybe they just dont know where to look? Theres tons of information up there just thrown at you. Anyways, just here to share some Prayer (SATS) tips that helped me learn how to do it properly: 1.) Stop worrying about perfection regarding visualizing. Your visualization doesn't need to be vivid to "step into" your scene. You dont need to loop it perfectly, or engage every sense at once. Just take it easy. Only feel the one sense that you are best at. The rest will come. Just sit there lackadaisically in the scene for as long as it takes. Dont stress over whether it takes an hour or fifteen minutes for your mind to latch onto the scene. 2.) All "stepping into the scene" means is that your sensory focus has transitioned entirely from "i am in my bed" to what you are imagining. You forget you are in your bed, all you are focusing on is the emotional and sensory feelings of the wish fufilled until some part of your mind believes you are really there. Persisting in this knowing that your visualization is actually occuring in real time to you as you visualize it, is the "feeling of the wish fufilled" neville speaks of. Its not emotional or sensory. It's the practitioner taking on what they are visualizing. Knowing it is actually happening to them right now. This is why Neville keeps saying in his lectures that time isnt real, you have to "teleport" yourself best you can to the moment you are have your desire. Again, perfection isnt needed here. Ive read many accounts where the practitioner didn't quite believe what they were visualizing was really happening, and it still came true! Just take it to sleep with you in feeling, or by straight-up falling unconscious during the visualization, and you are fine.
