Well I see things literally every single time I close my eyes, so i honestly can't remember the things that I see. As for the spirit I'm not really sure, it could have easily just been her but all I saw this time was a faint shadow with depth floating right over my body as I turned to look up since I have insomnia and was kinda waiting for my body to pass out. I'm kinda under the impression once when start to drift off we're kinda crossing over that's typically why a lot of people will see spirits while in bed as they might be trying to speak to us when we're in that state but our minds might affect how they look especially if we're not expecting it at that moment.

Yeah that's the hold up with dowsing as it's super easy to influence it so I've experimented with a few methods to try to get myself out of the equation as much as possible. I've been using my drawing app paired with it along with kinda looking away and let it do the answering without me watching it as it makes it's choice. It does seem to have certain things it will generally always answer a certain way and some things are kinda loss and will change from time to time, depends on the question.

Wear and tear mostly, mostly having to lug around a lot of books during high school cus I got screwed out of locker due to staff assigning me one in the wrong building and never changed it and I refused to share one with anyone, rough housing with friends, fall through a roof but I cough my self onto some beams but I suspect the shock of the fall still did a number since I was left dangling, and I think just bad genetics in general since my aunt also has the same issue though shes been through more rough stuff working on a shipyard and a 18 wheeler accident.

Hypnagogic and hypnopompic are some of the times I can hear her the clearest so I know how she sounds at least but its generally just her saying my name or teasing. Granted spirits can sound however they want because I have heard one once mimic a voice before. Lately seem to be hearing knocking again while in that state. Probably her way of giving me a notice I'm in that state.

Well some readings have suggested I'll get there just a matter of being persistent and changing a few things up. I kinda want to do my project more in collaboration with her then just assume over the bits I have seen in dreams since even that can be projections. It's the 3rd time I have this dream, someone could help me?
It's always the same, I see a fenced area above me with a white goat inside. The goat always jump easily the fence, which annoys some people but I always find amusing, already expecting it as an inevitable thing.

The goat is tranquil, and on the 3rd time, it get near me and I started to caress it, and playing about his mischievousness.
