More of an occult question than a query.

I've been energy vampirising some people in revenge for their attitude, and for a while it felt great. I've been basically beaming with energy while they get sicker and sicker.

But now I've started feeling "on fire". It isn't bad per se, but kind of like... An intense heat.

Is it possible to have too much energy as a result of my acts, and would that be the cause?

How used are you to feeling your own energy and manipulating it? Even to a basic degree.

Basically once you reach that basic proficiency, try this.

Look at anything and try to "touch" it energetically. It can be through any mean you can envision, but I prefer tendrils for simple examination/reading of something. You can try on pictures too.

Once you get a basic understanding of that, try doing that with people.

Once you start getting even just basic results, you try HOOKING into them. Like a parasite. Just hook into their energy centers and pull towards you.

I don't know how to really explain it besides that. But basically if someone is annoying you it makes them meek. Eventually the whole power dynamic shifts.

Sounds like you spend time dwelling on whether others can help heal you, try and focus on the healing you can do for yourself. It isn't wrong to seek supports, of course, and seeking companionship in any capacity is natural. I think that the idea of someone helping you heal influences your decisions to look deeply at yourself to seek that kind of healing and progress from within you. Illuminating the darkness will have its own risks for you and S, the light could give off a lot of heat and lead to a blinding explosion, or to a meltdown and total darkness, or even blindness. Temper how much you try to illuminate the issue, starting with the gentlest light that you can, which is hoping it will come up naturally. it's risky because if you keep your mind racing about it constantly it's going to drive you over the edge and you'll end up with an outburst of some kind. Just be tactful, if you end up doing too much all at once before you're both comfortable expressing to one another then it can lead to a complete shut-down as if often the case with unknown and uncomfortable situations, but you also can't let it fester for too long. I think that if you are really open to it, someone will come and help you with getting more in-tune with your spiritual self. I think it definitely can help you with trying to move on, but if you are to take everything with you, including those regrets then it ends up being irrelevant where you try to escape, since that which haunts you will follow, and torment you forever without your own ability to forgive yourself. Will you try to call in the calvary every time you end up remembering that haunting past, and something reminds you of coming back down to the Earth from the far-off place that you wished you had been instead? I think space from that which haunts you is a good thing, but you do need to think of how you can accept, and build upon that past in order to change it fundamentally, otherwise it will hang over you forever. It's hard to accept things as a part of you, but if you can, then you can let go of it as well if you need to. I don't know that there is anything you can do immediately other than taking odd jobs, like clearing gutters, or lawn work, you will have to wait until there is something worth it to you to compete for if you want the full time job. It looks like it is difficult all around you for a lot of people. Competition for the same kinds of jobs that other people do around. It is about a male.
