Nah I'm not really worried about being viewed as crazy lol I kinda expect it given the nature of things I experience but also got proven right a few times in front of people so it is what it is.

But at the same time I was wondering if I was going crazy in a different way myself due to actually seeing this being like with my actual eyes instead of it being some mental exercise like Active Imagination or something. Granted its mostly like a heatwave but can get to points where it looks like a torso made of puffs or something with little wisp of things moving around. But me actually seeing it left me confused about things because for awhile I was of the mind "ok something seems to be there so it can't be a tulpa because it appeared out of nowhere one day when I was like 5 and the anima isn't suppose to do this kinda thing right?" But the more I kept trying to wrap my mind around it the more things just seemed jumbled up and sadly the only communication I have at the moment is dreams and dowsing. Still learning cards but I'm getting there. But yeah "both" felt right but I was kinda hoping someone would weigh in that's outside of /succ/

To give some context to the warning it's mostly me trying to wrap my mind around things and me trying to brute force my way into getting a handle on the situation and trying to communicate. Still can't Lucid dream or Astral Project at will yet. The one time I did pull off Active Imagination was kind of a fluke because I wasn't really expecting results and running into her kinda jolted me out of it.

I was out in a rundown barn on family land just exploring when I first started seeing things but it took a long pause after my mother got remarried and we ended up in a two decades worth of hell since he was very abusive and manipulative.
