not a crazy amount so far. basically until i feel good, which can be 30 seconds, a minute. then try throughout the day just to keep up thoughts with the expectation that great things will happen, in line with your affirmation. in joseph murphy he typically recommends having one big affirmation 5-6 times a day or so and then the rest of the day you just don't let your thoughts wander to the negative. IMO everything we're doing here is learning the language of the subconscious and "expectations"

Just swinging through to let you know that this is still working great. I've been LOAing for a few years now with a lot of success with journaling, scripting, etc but this is my most efficient means yet. I have completely changed my deep beliefs about many things. It's essentially self-hypnosis.

Recently tested it: i made a short recording talking about how great friends i am with a guy i haven't spoken to in many months, haven't seen in years. Just repeated how we are great friends, have easy conversations, etc. Anyway he texted me less than a week later out of nowhere.

Next I'm going to test trying to manifest a particular physical object. I'm going to have to think carefully about how to word my affirmation. It needs to be along the lines of "i always see [X]" or "[x] comes easily to me" rather than "there is an [x] in my yard".

It's not the problem if I believe or not, in fact I don't know myself, I guess I want to believe (and the experiments I did weren't conclusive) that's why I like reading others' experiences. But the few available all mention manifestations like yours, aka very mundane ones that occur all the time without doing all of this.
And people should stop saying "no matter what, you won't believe it' that's completely false. As soon as I will see someone manifesting something that is not happening to everybody in regular life, I'll admit this shit is the goat. I wasn't that anon, but I can only say that you seem to continually need validation from others' successes, but it's literally as simple as assuming it is true. If you need something cold and hard to convince you why not manifest that you'll see proof that amazes you? Or you could continue to manifest that no one will be able to convince you with something cool enough. That's just the nature of this particular phenomena. It completely depends on what you decide is true. If you want it to be more bedazzled than that, it would be up to you to decide that.

You guys need to stop hunting for some magic method and just persist. Seriously, the day you stop looking for some kind of special method to save you and actually do the boring shit is the day things start to move. Repeat your lines. Repeat your scenes. Repeat until your nervous system accepts it as fact.

Persist. When you think about the subject, repeat. When you're bored, repeat. When you're doing nothing, repeat. Consistency is how you get things done.
