I’d say there individuals who are under unspoken agreements with one-another. It’s almost telepathic but the power in the relationship varies. Most anons on 4chan are what we call opportunists, meaning they’ll react to stimuli they think will serve their interests, but turns out to be a Trojan-horse. This can be used for good and bad, like the “learn to code” campaign leading into the decimation of entry level positions after AI gained traction. But depending on how much foresight you have(and how much of that foresight is truly your own and not you trapped in the divots of someone else’s work) you’ll be shocked by what lies beyond the physiological warfare you see with just your eyes. Alliances, psyop campaigns, and general trickery, the ragebait becomes boring.

A few things:#1 I believe that glowies/glowbots know I'm in the process of getting off the internet so they're trying to blow as much info-debris into my tender eyes as they possibly can before I manage to improve my situation. They want to extend the yearlong brain fog episode I'm in and disrupt my sense of self as much as is feasible. They know that I have mental models different from generic-dissident 4chan mental models and might have the ability to generate technically legal information that runs against officially permitted semantic flows. They also might see some risk in me cooperating with foreign agents but I'm too irrationally self-reliant and withdrawn for that.#2 Not 100% sure: some glownigger/clanker on /x/ had multiple exchanges with me in multiple threads where they essentially discredited me and slammed the door in my face knowing I'd be suspicious of their origin.#3 Also not 100% sure: the same glowie, or just a mod/janny/poster who recognized my writing style was repeatedly nice to me and related to me, but they stopped possibly because they were wierded out by my hornyposting, possibly because their job of helping to induct me was through.#4 It wouldn't surprise me one bit if they intentionally zapped (person I know's) memory a year ago with plausible deniability in mind. Sleep consolidates memories and audio can be used to disrupt the brain's processes during it. You don't even need V2K magic laserbeams.#5 Knowing that making imageboards more boring is likely a real tactic, I'm inclined to believe that the interesting-ness of boards is occasionally intentionally cranked up for engagement, which I've noticed the most on /x/.
