forget about manifestation for now and pick a familiar scene instead, like scrolling on your phone on your couch. practice 20-30 minutes each day, until the scene becomes fully realistic. the whole point of visualizing in sats is to change your concept of self by experiencing the physical reality of having your wish fulfilled so many times that it sticks. focus mainly on one sense at a time for a few days in a row to see which one works best for you. triggering hypnagogia the fastest is a good indicator. for me, my sense of sight gets me nowhere, the scene won't come alive no matter how detailed I make the images but sound lets me hear and see stuff in 5 minutes.

Are you willing to create a big visionboard out of it and use it to fill yourself with the state of having said dream girl, while also moving every day like they are real and shes with you? Judging from all the material ive read it should work if you stick with it. Lots have had success with vision boards. Id still recommend learning to do SATS as its the only way ive personally ever gotten this stuff to work. Maybe take some first person pov pics and use the AI to put her there, and try using them as a basis for your scene in SATS

Got a very good job with alot of growth potential and very easy work (which is to say, work i enjoy doing and will better me as a whole)
