It would be online only, and therefor censored, just like Dalle-3 and Midjourny. There are a couple of other programs that are functionally the same as Stability, those programs (such as https://huggingface.co/spaces/PixArt-alpha/PixArt-Sigma) come from China. And, of course, are heavily censored as well, not to mention a step or two behind SDXL in actual understanding.Long story short, something will happen eventually to give us a step up, but don't hold your breath.

I downloaded 4xUltrasharp V10 and R-ESRGAN 4x+ Anime6B. They can be found searching Civitai or the model browser tab in Stability Matrix program itself. Found under "upscaler" option in "model type"selection box.There really shouldn't be any difference between how img2img upscale and Hi-res option operate. They both use the same options, and they both need to be setup in the same way. I honestly have never used Kohya HRFix, which I believed is one of those ultra detailed huge upscalers.I upscale by 1.5x at 35 steps. I usually have denoise set at 0.4, which is good for anime checkpoints. Realistic checkpoints usually are better lower denoise.If you are having issues please post your upscaler settings and we will see if something is wrong.
