>>1003339Post yours
>>1003340I think it's this one
>>1003341it's based on a character by Paul Schoeni
not really my bestest work. I don't want to share that
>>1003341Looks fckin awesome. I still don't really know how to use substance painter, so I use other people's materials
>>1003343>I don't want to share thatoh come on anon post it
>>1003344I only started using it this year myself It's so easy to use, I recommend watching the official Adobe Substance 3D channel on YouTube
>>1003343Really like that warm lighting
>>1003329I made a realistic face. But in a very unconventional way. I modeled it using triangles, meaning, sharp lines and angles, no square flow or any of that. Then applied a nurbs? modifier and then boom, a realistic face. I did it that way cause I was self taught. Shame. All I had to do was watch yt tuts or browse forums. But I was too young and retarded to realize.
>>1003350Post it
>>1003351impossible, the file is lost forever in time

>>1003342wtfI know Paul! He’s one of my teachers at collegeReally nice guy
>>1003338you—what is your profession?
>>1003439Looks good, but I think lighting is too sharp. Is this the result of the displacement map?>>1003438I am a stay-at-home guy without a job who asks mother for money
>>1003329hedge dogs
>>1003329am still a beginner I only made this car
>>1003742Incredibly...>>1003743Render it
>>1003745>>1003743is that good ?never rendered before don't know how to work with the sittings
>>1003747Google how to create an different materials on bject and how to create metal/glass/tire materials. Then you can play with scene lights and environment
>>1003743reminds me of my first car

>tfw did a bunch of cool stuff this year and got paid for it so i can't post it herefeels okay t bh
>>1003765what do you mean?you don't want to dox yourself or are you worried about copyright stuff?
>>1003755the shape 's pretty poor, but the texturing and rendering pretty decent, something tells me that wasn't exactly one of your first renderings, or was it?
>>1003770first carbut not the first render
>>1003772Looks cool. Love left warm lighting. How are you created this falled leaves near building? Is that hair? And looks like you dont use extra programs to texturing, only blender shading nodes
>>1003772post some of your first renders, this one again, looks like it has some really refined taste and skill in lighting and composition
>>1003793Yeah this was all done in blender I used the object scatter add-on for the leaves >>1003800Okay here's one of my earliest renders
>>1003802I see, so you were proficient with lighting and rendering even from the start, how come?
>>1003812I've been using blender since 2014, at the time it still had a game engine, the whole reason I got into 3D was to make a game but they killed the engine in 2019 it was at that point that I started doing renders and gave up on the idea of making a game so you could say I had a bit of 3D knowledge before starting to render stuff in Cycles That and I also lost my hard drive I lost so much of my early stuff, I don't even have the .blend files of picrel or the executable
>>1003813that makes sense, you had had a lot of fucking around with real time rendering, just know, that I think you have very refined tastes in lighting and rendering
>>1003768not copyright, but i don't want to associate commercial work with this place
>>1003825Why thank you
probably this, done in blender
>>1003844prove this is a render
