Water dome seems powerful but you have ways to defend against it, I'm pretty sure Bee could've just transformed and left it. Giant summon could also work, probably. Shark is good in a direct clash but I assume it can be dodged. The issue with bijuu bomb is that it's a nuke and a oneshot, you don't get to just dodge it, you really have to teleport it away.
