At least he wasn't as bad as Hitler and got killed instead of killing himself, but he did a lot of wrong, for example getting caught in deep shit while achieving nothing whatsoever and killing a bunch of people for no reason.

Hubris aside he never truly understood the real power of the note was the ability to manipulate those in positions of power rather than the actual murdering.
