Thanks, OP. You can tell almost the exact moment the editor must have said to hurry it along. The pacing made it fell like we were just skipping chapters near the end. It is too bad since there seemed to be a nice setup and cast that wasn’t used well in the rush to reach the end so quickly. I like this author, so it is really unfortunate that this is the third thing from him that you have been able to post if I am remembering correctly.

As a whole, it's kind of like a featured length movie.I won't say it works for everyone, however, it's certainly unconventional.
