Dragon Ball is one of the easiest manga to read because of the art, it's very clear and simple in a good way, and always maintains a similar level of good quality. You're never confused about what is happening. Compare that to say Jujutsu Kaisen where everything (at least recently) always looks like shit outside of a few special panels every now and then, and you often have to take a few seconds to try and figure out what's going on because it's too messy. Or Chainsaw Man part 2 where sometimes the action is so messy I have to take actual minutes to figure out what the fuck I'm looking at.
