Like, she meets the MC and immediately falls for him as per trope requirement — but then we learn that she’s married to high status with children, but only because that was the best she could get and when she found out about the hero from the other world appearing she abandoned her family and position to seek him out, attach herself to one who will elevate her to the status to a great empress or maybe even a deity, which is why she appears to desperate for MC’s cock and acceptance. Only the hero from the other world is worthy as a partner. Different people from her life constantly come to find her — her husband, children, parents and old friends even, and she seems cold to all of them, sometimes making obvious excuses for her actions, and always chasing them away from the MC. The MC does the MC thing of trusting his harem girl explicitly even when confronted by her husband and children. I know that’s way to advanced for actual isekai authors but I’m too low-energy to write it myself.
