To this day I still wonder as to what went wrong with Jewelpet Magical Change. I know that there was a lot of issues behind the scenes, it failed to live up to expectations critically and commercially, was cut short to only 39 episodes and killed the franchise as a whole, but it makes me ask to myself, how did it end up this way? Was it Studio Deen's fault for mishandling the franchise or was it something else altogether? (Like replacing Garnet and Sapphie which I still don't understand)
