Gimai is not very popular on /a/ mainly because of the odd directing. Personally the character interaction and atmosphere in Gimai is much more organic compared to Futago. Futago tries too hard with shoehorning in pop-culture references to its detriment.

The show airs on Tokyo MX and AT-X, both of which allow panties, so that could be a point in their favor, but then again censored shows have also aired there so it could depend on the producer. The anime is produced by Infinite, which also funded Flip Flappers which had multiple pantyshots, but that was 8 years ago and I don't know if they've changed since then.
