She feels quite a lot. Land of Visible Pain, A Tale of Feeding off of Others is particularly harrowing for Kino at the end. There are others too, like the Land of Books. A Peaceful Land hits harder in the LN, but one thing Kino does at least until the end of A Kind Land is keep a steely exterior, because showing her hand is dangerous. During A Peaceful Land, she literally watches a genocidal massacre presented as sport and says the only thing that she thinks she can get away with despite the disgust that's boiling underneath.
