The author is definitely into cute and funny going by this chapter alone, BUT we need some kind of plot in order for more people to get interested. If you compare this to another lolicon manga with "plot" Made in the Abyss threads were also pretty slow in the beginning, but then Bondrewd happened and shit took a 180.
