A brief list that comes to mind; Starocean, Elder Scrolls, and some nverwinter games. That's about all that comes to my mind off hand. Outside Monster Musume showcasing Rachnera, I wasn't familiar with half spider/half women for the most part. James and Giant peach had Miss Spider.
