It was too dragged out for something that will ultimately lead to nothing but the new MC killing the old one, plus it's boring and comes off as a discount soap opera. Then there's the problem of intellectual bankruptcy. Fujimoto hasn't written a new premise, new situation, new idea, new plot line or developed any of the characters in ages. In other words, nothing in the story has progressed in any shape or form except Nayuta dying and Denji's old life being destroyed. Every single arc regurgitates tropes, scenes, premises, entire situations even from both Part 1 and 2, meaning in many cases you actually have a god damn repetition of the exact same scenario in a different setting one after the other. It's an atrocity. And to top this off, the main characters are lobotomized mouth-breathers who do not think, observe things critically or question anything around them. They just go along with a situation despite all the red flags and the alarms going off in the background at all times. What's to like I ask you? Nothing, definitely not the main characters that's for sure. Just the idea of what could potentially happen is what keeps the readers invested.I do hold out hope Fujimoto will finally stop repeating his old tropes and move the story (and preferably characters) forward, develop them and make them think critically and show their unique outlooks and agendas, which just happen to go against each other's in case you paid attention. And most importantly develop the rest of the cast like Yoshida, Fumiko and Barem. However, the fact all of us had to wait 85 chapters for anything to change, maybe even 90 now that the characters are stuck in YET ANOTHER time stopped alternate dimension tells you this author should be flayed to death.
nayuta had so much potential that she could have been the protagonist of an entire part but she had to die for cheap shock value and so that asa could comfort denden about it. how are the conquestbros not PISSED about it?

She doesn't want to save Denji for his sake; she wants to do it for herself. She's "in love" with the version of Denji she made up in her head. Her story from day one has been about her becoming selfish, and this remains true. It's just that she, like Yuko, is intentionally blinding herself from the selfishness at the core of her motives (Which i think is nicely conveyed with how both Asa and Yuko use the "heart in the right place" mindset). Asa is willfully hiding from reality, and imo I don't see her story having a happy ending where she and the guy she likes just sail off into the sunset, since that's pretty much validating her mindset here.
