Akamatsu was always a big nerd and would use 3d models in Negima's background while talking about AI, Time Traveling and Space Elevators in the 00s to 10s in there. I think it's very impressive that he tried to apply that to manga back in the day and I love the 3d models for regular building and object that he and his team put in Negima.
