Conjurer seems like the worst placement on the nen chart, even with 100% proficiency you have to put a lot of effort to conjure something that might not even be better than a non-conjured object without restrictions, on top of that they have only one secondary category (transmutation) which can also be very weak/situational on its own. It seems like as a conjurer you're either relying on a lot of conditions and restrictions or banking on becoming a specialist later, or just using your ability for pure utility.Manipulators don't have the same issues despite being on the symmetrical to conjurers because manipulation can be plenty strong on its own and its secondary category (emission) is one of the best for combat. If they get put in a bad matchup they can still do DBZ-style nen blasts at the same level as an enhancer can.
