>>273461769Writting a manga's plot has always been Nakaba's weak point. Kongou Banchou is a battle shounen comedy that doesn't take it self seriously so it doesn't really need good writing. Nanatsu and four horseman however are long running battle shounen series with actual power level. Drawing for a long time can break the spirits of any men, rendered them unable to think properly.

The worst part about 7 sins would be the horrible long dragged out fight with the great demon king, and another dragged out fight with demon king after he possessed Meliodas’ brother. I actually think the long term drawing has fried Nakaba’s or something. The last Arthurs arc was fine I guess. It had a creative conclusion where Arthur outsmart an unkillable eldritch abomination, sealing it inside him. Shame the long demon king fight arc robbed me too much of my enjoyment, Nakaba should’ve kept it short and simple.
